The Tupelo Church of God ships each order using USPS Monday through Friday. Shipping charges will be added to your order upon check-out. Shipping information is displayed immediately after the Customer supplies the bill to and ship to information in the check out process. This allows you to view shipping fees before any charges are placed to your credit card. All orders will be shipped within 2 days of order. All orders by mail will be shipped after receipt of payment.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact Tupelo Church of God within 48 hours of the receipt of your order by e-mailing mailto:tcogmedia@tupelocog.org?subject=Return%20of%20Damage%20Goods. You must retain the original packing materials.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees even if they refuse the product.
